Types of heart and Treatment

"He it is Who sent down calmness and tranquillity into the hearts of the believers, that they may grow more in Faith along with their (present) Faith…….." (48/4)

On the Day of Resurrection, only those who come to Allah with a healthy heart will be saved.
QALB E MUNEEB (the Heart Turned to God)-this heart is full of repentance ,shukr ,, haya/modesty. always in  the state of meditation .This heart can prevent a person from mischief but it can not make a right judgement.

QALB E SALEEM (the sound heart)-this heart is absolutely free from Kufr (disbelief),Nifaaq (hypocrisy),Kibr (pride), Hasad (jealousy) and Hiqd (hatred) who always entertain good thoughts regarding others .this heart has extreme love and obediance for allah and his rasool (saws).it fears allah the most and it keeps desiring zikrullah. it thinks only about allah . free from carnal desires, doubts, uncertainity.filled with fear, hope and trust allah alone. worships only to please allah.

QALB E SHAHEED (the Witnessing Heart) -Tajalliyat of allah begin to fall on the Heart it shows obediance and servitude to allah .heart with zikr and noor of allah. it witnesses haq in everything. It is annihilated through love (Hubb), fascination (Walah), and passion (Ishq) into the light of the beauty of the essence of the Lord of causes who is its Beloved and Protector.

THE HEALTHY HEART - Its services are exclusively reserved for Allah, willingly and lovingly, with total reliance, relating all matters to Him, in fear, hope and sincere dedication. It is a heart cleansed from any passion that challenges what Allah commands, or disputes what He forbids.  seeks the judgment of no other except that of His Messenger (saws). When it gives, it gives for Allah. If it withholds, it withholds for Allah.

THE DEAD HEART - It does not know its Lord and does not worship Him as He commands, in the way which He likes, and with which He is pleased. It clings instead to its lusts and desires. It has whims , lust , ignorance ,crude impulses and more concerned with worldly objectives. To associate and keep company with the owner of such a heart is to tempt illness/utter destruction.

THE SICK HEART -This is a heart with life in it, as well as illness. The former sustains it at one moment, the latter at another, and it follows whichever one of the two manages to dominate it. It has love for Allah, faith in Him, sincerity towards Him, and reliance upon Him, and these are what give it life. It also has a craving for lust and pleasure, and prefers them and strives to experience them. It is full of self-admiration, which can lead to its own destruction. It listens to two callers: one calling it to Allah and His Prophet (s) and the afterlife (akhira); and the other calling it to the fleeting pleasures of this world. It responds to whichever one of the two happens to have most influence over it at the time.

TREATMENT :Keep doing touba/astagfar regularly inshaallah he will forgive all your sins.

Follow sabr and shukr .Don’t be angry and dejected .Hope for the rewards and be in  fear that allah is watching me always. Always do ibadat with heart and soul. Have deep love for prophet (peace be upon him) by heart and also following prophets way of living. increase darood o salaam  (it will cover up for all the problems).

When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)

Make sure you forward this to others .

FOUR TIPS ON HOW TO OVERCOME THE EVIL HABIT OF BACKBITING.

1. Remember the punishment of Allah and reflect on the ayaat of the Quran that talk about bad speech.

2. Fear that your own faults might be revealed. The Prophet said, O you who believe with your tongues, yet eeman has not entered your hearts. Do not backbite the Muslims, nor follow their faults. For he who follows others faults then Allah will declare (disclose) his faults and he whom Allah reveals his faults, then Allah disgraces him in his own house. [Sunan Abu Dawood]

3. Know that you give your rewards to someone else if you backbite them. A man came to al-Hasan al-Basri (rahimahullaah) and said that he had heard that al-Hasan al-Basri had backbitten him. Upon this he (rahimahullaah) said, Who are you that I may give you my rewards? It is also said; if I would backbite, I would backbite my parents, because they deserve my rewards the most!

4. The most important thing is that there is a great reward in staying away from backbiting. The Prophet said, Whoever protects the honor of his brother in his absence, Allah will protect his face from the Fire on the Day of Judgment. [Sunan at-Tirmidhi]

Don’t’s of the Tongue

Lying (How often do you hear: “I’m not lying, I’m only joking”? This is what the Prophet said about this:  A believer does not become a perfect believer until he abandons lying, even as a joke. Until he gives up arguing and debating even if he may be upon the truth and he may be right.[Sunan Abi Dawud]Verbal abuseFoul languageBackbiting and slander

How Silence is Golden

To conclude, we can do either of two things with our speech to become successful: 1). use it to encourage to good, or 2). keep silent.

Your speech can be khayr (good), sharr (evil), or laghw (vain). Next to good speech, silence can be a great productivity booster too! Silence can be ‘ibadah; it’s an adornment without jewels and a fortress without walls.  It frees us from having to apologise to anyone, the al-Kiraam al-Kaatibeen (recording angels) having nothing to record when we are silent, and our faults are concealed.

Three Ways You Can Control Your Tongue

1. Think.
Imaam ash-Shafiee (rahimahullah) said: If you wish to speak then it is upon you to think before you speak. If you think there is good in it then speak and if not then do not speak. Before you talk, ask yourself: Will this saying of mine please Allah? Will this saying of mine bring me closer to Allah? Does this saying earn with it obedience to Allah? If yes, speak, if not, remain silent.

2. Surround yourself with good company and remind yourself and others to good speech.

It takes two to gossip. Research and learn the punishment for bad speech. Imagine how the punishment in the grave would feel. If the angel of death were to take your soul in would you want bad words to be your last?

3. Use the money jar. The idea is to keep a jar in your house in which you put a certain amount of money whenever you use bad language, for example each time you swear or gossip. The amount you put in should be big enough to make you feel regret and remember how much this bad language will cost you in the Hereafter! You can donate the money to charity.

Do’s of the Tongue:

Read the Quran Teach someone beneficial.

knowledge.Enjoin good and forbid evil.Tell others you love them for the sake of Allah subhaana wa ta’ala.

Don’t talk too much (excessive speech hardens the heart even if it’s not bad speech).Practise keeping silent more!

Homework:

It’s not difficult to break the habit of foul language. Replace it withdhikr. Whenever you can, begin to replace your swear words withAlhamdulillah, or Subhanallah or other words of remembrance.

This way you get the reward of remembering Allaah (swt) and you cleanse your heart and tongue of foul language, because Allah subhaana wa ta’ala hates foul speech!

Finally, please make dua’ with me that we will be of these people:Indeed,

Surah Al-Hajj, Verse 23:

Surely Allah will make those who believe and do good deeds enter gardens beneath which rivers flow; they shall be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and (with) pearls, and their garments therein shall be of silk.

Surah Al-Hajj, Verse 24:

And they are guided to goodly words and they are guided into the path of the Praised One.

Alhamdulilah we have come to the end of our lesson I pray to Allah we all benefit and start practicing from today .

Allahuma Ameen.

WAS PROPHET MUHAMMAD A TERRORIST WHO KILLED INNOCENT PEOPLE?

LET'S CLEAR THIS MISCONCEPTION.
BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem.

Some ignorance disrespectfully share lies about our beloved Messenger of Allah who was and remains one of the best creation of Allah ever lived. These lies are shared to us by those we claim to be our friends and most see no offence to that and still smile with them without doing daawah to them and warning them never to send such lies to you. Some even go as low as taking them as love ones and that's a disgrace to Islam and a shameful satanic act to sleep with a disbeliever of Allah, His Messenger and the Qur'an.

Perhaps the most challenging issue for Muslim communities today is the spectre of terrorist violence afflicting many places in the world and the false perception of Islam this creates in the minds of people. Terrorism has been defined by modern Muslim authorities as follows:

Any act of violence or threat perpetrated to carry out a criminal plan with the aim of terrorizing people or threatening to harm them or imperiling their lives, honor, freedom, security, or rights.

According to this definition, terrorism includes the unlawful and random killing of women, children, and non-combatants as a means of political change. Such acts are completely forbidden and condemned by Islam. Muslims are only allowed to fight hostile forces who initiate aggression against themselves and innocent people.

Allah says:
Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Verily, Allah does not love transgressors. Qur'an 2:190.

“Do not transgress,” has been interpreted by scholarly authorities as a firm prohibition against killing women, children, and civilians.

Ibn Abbas explained the verse, saying:
لَا تَقْتُلُوا النِّسَاءَ وَلَا الصِّبْيَانَ وَلَا الشَّيْخَ الْكَبِيرَ وَلَا مَنْ أَلْقَى إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَمَ وَكَفَ يَدَهُ فَإِنْ فَعَلْتُمْ هَذَا فَقَدَ اعْتَدَيْتُمْ
Do not kill women, children, old men, or whoever comes to you offering peace and refrains from fighting. If you did so, you would have certainly transgressed.
Source: Tafseer At-Tabari 2:190.

This concern was addressed directly by the Prophet himself when he explicitly forbade and condemned the killing of women, children, and civilians.

Abdullah ibn Umar reported:
A woman was found killed in one of the battles of the Messenger of Allah, so he condemned the killing of women and children. Source: Sahih Bukhari 2851, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi (All scholars agree this is true authentic narration).

Hanzala Al-Katib reported: We went on an expedition with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and we passed by a woman who had been killed and the people were gathered around her.

The Prophet said:
She was not one of those who were fighting. Then the Prophet told a man to make the announcement:
إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْمُرُكَ يَقُولُ لَا تَقْتُلَنَّ ذُرِّيَّةً وَلَا عَسِيفًا
Verily, the Messenger of Allah has commanded you, saying: Do not kill children or workers.
Source: Sunan ibn Majah 2842.

The Quran declares that killing, kidnapping, terrorizing people, and expelling them from their homes are all crimes that were forbidden for the Israelites, and likewise for the Muslims.

Allah says:
You are those same ones who are killing one another and evicting a party of your people from their homes, cooperating against them in sin and aggression. If they come to you as captives, you sell them for ransom, although their eviction was forbidden to you. So do you believe in part of the Book and disbelieve in the rest? Qur'an  2:85.

People who commit such crimes in the name of religion are guilty of a glaring hypocrisy, strictly adhering only to part of the scriptures and ignoring the values expressed in other passages.

For these reasons, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation at the United Nations issued the following statement:

The tenets of the tolerant Islamic Law rejects all forms of violence and terrorism, and in particular especially those based on extremism, and it calls for protection of human rights, whose provisions are paralleled by the principles and rules of international law founded on cooperation between peoples for the establishment of peace. To be continued in shaa Allah. May Allah keep guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

UMRAH MADE EASY

Umrah Made Easy – Point by Point
Compiled by Mufti A.H.Elias
Intention:
O Allaah, I intend to perform Umrah, so make it easy for me, and accept it from me.
Talbiyah:
Tie the Ihraam from the Meeqaat, make the intention, and after reciting the Talbiyah, perform the Umrah in the following sequence upon entering Masjid al-Haraam.Recite Talbiyah in abundance.

4 things to be done before beginning Tawaaf:
Stop Talbiyah recitation once you start the Tawaaf
The males should take the upper Ihraam cloth from under the right armpit and place it over the left shoulder, leaving the right shoulder un-covered, i.e. Istibah
A few steps just before coming in line with the Hijr al-Aswad, face the Baytullaah and make the intention of performing Tawaaf, ‘O Allaah, I intend to perform Tawaaf of Your Noble house, make it easy for me and accept it from me.’ (It is a necessary condition to perform Tawaaf in the state of Wudhoo)
Now, without turning the chest away from the Baytullaah, face the Hijr al-Aswad, i.e. place both palms towards the Baytullaah and lift the hands upto the ears. Then make Istilaam, i.e. make an indication with the palms towards the Hijr al-Aswad and say (بِسْمِ اللهِ اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وِلِلهِ الْحَمْدُ), then kiss the palms, now begin the Tawaaf.

Do 4 things upon commencing Tawaaf:
1. In Tawaaf, only the males should do Raml, i.e. one should take short steps, with the chest out, walking like a brave person
2. During Tawaaf and between Rukn Yamaani and Hijr al-Aswad, it is proven to recite
The rest of the Tawaaf, one should recite the third Kalimah, Istighfaar, Durud Sharif or one can recite the Qur’aan. (Rukn Yamaani is the corner to the left of the Hijr al-Aswad.
3. One should face the Hijr al-Aswad at the commencement of each circuit and make Istilaam. (If there is a crowd, then one should make Istilaam with the right hand, without facing the Hijr al-Aswad and begin the next circuit).
4. During Tawaaf, one should not face the Ka’bah completely, one should not face the back to the Ka’bah.
Do 4 things upon the completion of Tawaaf
(7 circuits):
1.After completing the 7 circuits, perform Istilaam the 8th time and make du’aa’. (There is perform applied onto the Multazam, do not touch it)
2. Cover the right shoulder, and perform 2 Rak’at Waajib Salaah behind the Maqaam Ibraaheem, or anywhere in the Haram. This is when it is not the Makruh time. One should also make du’aa’.
3. Drink Zamzam water in abundance and recite the Du’aa’
Allaah, I ask of You beneficial knowledge and wide sustenance and cure from every ailment
4. Before going to Safa and Marwa, first do a ninth Istilaam in the direction of Hijr al-Aswad
Do 4 things when going to Mount Safa:
1. Go to Mount Safa from Baab Safa or in any other easy way. Upon reaching there, face the Ka’bah and make abundant du’aa’
2. Begin the Sa’ee from Safa. Upon reaching Marwa, one circuit is completed. Then go from Marwa to Safa, the second circuit is completed. In this way, the seventh circuit will be completed at Marwa. (During Sa’ee, the males should walk fast between the green lights).
3. Go to the Masjid and perform 2 Rak’at of Nafl Salaah (Safa and Marwa are out of the boundary of the Masjid.)
4. The males should shave or trim the hair. Females should cut a fingertip amount from all the hair of the head, or from at least a quarter of her hair. Alhamdulillaah, all the fundamentals of Umrah are complete.
There are two Fardh (obligatory) actions in Umrah: Ihraam, Tawaaf.
Two Wajib (compulsory) actions: Sa’ee, Shaving, or trimming the hair
Two Sunnat acts: Raml and Ithabah (leaving right should open)-for males only
Two Mustahab acts: Drink Zam Zam and go to Multazam to make duaa if possible.
Do not forget the 9th Istlilam before going to make Saee.

THE HONEYBEE, SCIENTIFIC MIRACLE OF THE QUR’AN.

One of our Muslim brothers Dr. Ibrahim B. Syed. Clinical Professor of Medicine. University of Louisville School of Medicine wrote in one of his research about the honeybee summarised as follows;
The reader of the Qur'an must have been wondering why Surah 16, An-Nahl or the Bee is named after a lowly creature.
In the scientific language all the honeybees belong to the genus Apis. The honeybee communicates with other honeybee using a dance language, which the scientists have discovered to be very complicated and highly developed. Karl von Frisch of the University of Munich in Germany, in the 1940s first discovered the significance of bees' dances. Once the honeybee discovers a source of food, it returns to the hive and the forager bee recruits other bees through both sound and dances and communicates information about the location of food.
More than 2,000 years ago, Aristotle himself documented the honeybee's ability to recruit her nestmates to a good food source but did not speculate on how the communication took place. It took over 2,000 years to understand the communication system of the bee. Frisch and his followers were able to recognize a pattern in the dance. The forager walks across the vertical sheets of comb hanging in the hive and traces out the shape of a figure eight (8); she pauses in each loop to shake her body from side to side. A few potential recruits chase after the dancer attentively for some time and then fly out on their own toward the target. In 1943 von Frisch discovered that the direction in which the dancer faced during her waggling run pointed toward the food site in relation to the sun; if she waggled while facing straight upward, toward the 12 on a clockface, then the food could be found in the direction of the sun; if she waggled 60 degrees to the left of 12, facing the 10' 'O' clock, then the food lay 60 degrees to the left of the sun. In addition, he noticed that how fast the dancer completed her circuits corresponded to the distance between the hive and the feeding site; the closer the food, the more frenzied her pace. Von Frisch and his colleagues made detailed accounts of the dance language. They could observe the dance, decipher its meaning and then locate the food supply of which it spoke. This is a stunning accomplishment for scientists.
The sounds it makes with its wings are truly an essential part of the honeybee's dance language. The dancer bee emits sound signals that help the dance followers to find out where the dancer is located and how she is moving, which in turn offers them critical information regarding the direction and distance to the feeding site. The dance attenders receive these signals through the Johnston's organs located in their antennae, which are always held near the dancer. Because these organs are bilateral-one on the left and one on the dance followers can use them to judge their position with respect to the dancer and therefore understand the direction to the food. At the same time, the followers emit sounds that vibrate the comb. The forager stops her dance when she receives these signals and delivers samples of the food she has collected. These appetizers give the dance followers additional information about the taste, smell and quality of the food source. The bees attend the dancing for a while and then fly out to determine the food source on their own. If they are fortunate, they will find the food. If they fail, they will return to the nest and try again.
The exactness of the Qur'anic words in their reference to scientific phenomena occurs in Surah 16, ayath 68, which states:
"And Thy Lord inspired the bee, saying: Choose thou habitations in the hills and in the trees and in (men's) habitations."
Yusuf Ali says: "Auha: wahyan ordinarily means inspiration, the Message put into the mind or heart by Allah. Here the Bee's instinct is refereed to Allah's teaching, which undoubtedly is in the above verse, Allah (SWT) is commanding the bee to choose (to make a hive) a dwelling in the hills, trees and other places which man has built. In Arabic, the verb assumes a specific form when it is in the imperative form and can be either masculine or feminine according to the context. In the Qur'an, the Arabic command of ittakhizee (go choose) is given to the bee in the feminine imperative form. It is shockingly true that only the female bee finds a new home. The queen and the workers are the heart of the hive: the male drones exist solely to mate with the queen. Thus the Qur'an makes a very accurate statement when it refers only the female bee as the one which is being commanded from Allah (SWT) to make a dwelling. As we know the Qur'an is a book of Guidance and the theme of the Qur'an is "mankind" and it is not a book of science. However over 750 verses are found in the Qur'an which relate to scientific phenomena as an argument to invite the believers to the Truth. The noted scholar Afzalur Rahman in elaborating the interconnectedness between science and the Qur'an says:
The Qur'an clearly establishes the fact that science and Qur'an are two aspects of the same Truth and there is no contradiction between them... Thus the Qur'an introduces new dimensions into the study of religion and its philosophy and seeks to bring men of knowledge (scientists) closer to Allah through the study of His Attributes and manifestations in the material world.
In another verse in Surah 16, An-Nahl, the Qur'an says:
Then eat of all fruits (all produce of the earth), and follow the ways of thy Lord, made smooth (for thee). There cometh forth from their bellies a drink of hues (varying colors), wherein is healing for mankind. Lo! herein is indeed portent(Sign) for people who reflect. ......... 16: 69
Allama Yusuf Ali in his commentary states "The bee assimilates the juice of various kinds of flowers and fruit, and forms within its body the honey, which it stores in its cells of wax. The different kinds of food from which it makes its honey give different colors to the honey, e.g., it is dark-brown, light-brown, yellow, white, and so on. The taste and flavor also varies, as in the case of heather honey, the honey formed from scented flowers, and so on. As food it is sweet and wholesome, and it is used in medicine. Note that while the instinctive individual acts are described in the singular number, the produce of "their bodies" is described in the plural, as the result of their collective effort. Allahu Akbar. To be continued on how the honey of these bees are a healing for mankind. May Allah grant us the knowledge of the Quran. Aameen.

Ruling on Child Marriage in Islam.

It was narrated from ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married her when she was six years old, he consummated the marriage with her when she was nine and she stayed with him for nine years.
(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 4840; Muslim, 1422)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married ‘Aa’ishah when she was six years old and consummated the marriage when she was nine.”
(Narrated by al-Bukhaari and Muslim; Muslim says ‘seven years’)
The fact that it is permissible to marry a young girl does not mean that it is permissible to have intercourse with her; rather that should not be done until she is able for it. For that reason the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) delayed the consummation of his marriage to ‘Aa’ishah. Al-Nawawi said: With regard to the wedding-party of a young married girl at the time of consummating the marriage, if the husband and the guardian of the girl agree upon something that will not cause harm to the young girl, then that may be done. If they disagree, then Ahmad and Abu ‘Ubayd say that one a girl reaches the age of nine then the marriage may be consummated even without her consent, but that does not apply in the case of who is younger. Maalik, al-Shaafa’i and Abu Haneefah said: the marriage may be consummated when the girl is able for intercourse, which varies from one girl to another, so no age limit can be set. This is the correct view. There is nothing in the hadeeth of ‘Aa’ishah to set an age limit, or to forbid that in the case of a girl who is able for it before the age of nine, or to allow it in the case of a girl who is not able for it and has reached the age of nine. Al-Dawoodi said: ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) was reached physical maturity (at the time when her marriage was consummated).
Sharh Muslim, 9/206
It is preferable for a guardian not to marry off his daughter when she is still young unless there is a valid reason for that.
Al-Nawawi said:
It should be noted that al-Shaafa’i and his companions said: It is preferable for fathers and grandfathers not to marry off a virgin until she reaches the age of puberty and they ask her permission, lest she end up in a marriage that she dislikes. What they said does not go against the hadeeth of ‘Aa’ishah, because what they meant is that they should not marry her off before she reaches puberty if there is no obvious interest to be served that they fear will be missed out on if they delay it, as in the hadeeth of ‘Aa’ishah. In that case it is preferable to go ahead with the marriage because the father is enjoined to take care of his child’s interests and not to let a good opportunity slip away.
And Allaah knows best.

Qurbaani Laws Made Easy - Part 5

BECAME FAULTY
#…..If a wealthy person that possesses nisaab bought an animal with the intention of Qurbaani, then it became faulty, then it is necessary upon him to make Qurbaani of another animal that is not faulty.
#…..If a poor person bought an animal with the intention of Qurbaani, then the animal became faulty, then the faulty animal will be sufficient for the poor person. It is not necessary for the poor person to slaughter another animal in its place.
#…..If a person bought an animal that did not have any defect for Qurbaani, but it became defective, with such a fault that prevents the Qurbaani from being valid, so, if the Qurbaani was that of a vow or oath, then it is necessary that he slaughters an animal that does not have any fault in its place. It does not matter whether he is rich or poor. If the Qurbaani is not of a vow or oath, then it is sufficient for the poor person to slaughter that animal and it is necessary upon the rich person to slaughter an animal that does not have any fault in its place.
#…..If a fault was created in the animal while preparing for slaughter, e.g. the legs broke or the eyes were hurt, then there is no problem. The Qurbaani of the animal is valid.
THE DEFECT CREATED AT THE TIME OF QURBAANI
#…..There is no consideration given to a defect created in the animal at the time of Qurbaani. The Qurbaani will be valid.
#…..If a person laid the animal down for Qurbaani and before he could stroke the knife, the animal’s eye came out on its own, then the Qurbaani will be valid. [‘Inaayah alal Hidaayah vol.8 p.435]
THE BEGINNING OF TAKBEER-E-TASHREEQ
#….. When Hadhrat Khallelullah Ibraheem (RA) was busy slaughtering his beloved son Hadhrat Ismaeel (RA) by the command of Allaah (SWT) Hadhrat Jibraeel (AS) was on his way with a substitute for him from Jannah and the thought occurred to him that it should not happen that Hadhrat Ibraheem (RA) slaughters him in haste as a result of which these words were recited by him: الله أكبر الله أكبر
when Hadhrat Ibraheem (RA) saw Hadhrat Jibraeel (AS) he recited: لا إله إلا الله والله أكبر and when Hadhrat Ismaeel received news of a substitute having been sent in his place he recited: الله أكبر ولله الحمد
THE REASON FOR NAMING TASHREEQ
#….. The reason for naming the days of Tashreeq as Tashreeq is the fact that people used to slice the Qurbaani meat into pieces and dry them in the sun. Any such meat which had been dried in the sun was termed “Tashreeq-ul-Lahm”. Due to this connection it was termed the days of Tashreeq.
#….. According to some Ulema the reason for calling the Eid Salaah and the day of Qurbaani Tashreeq is the fact that the Eid Salaah is performed when the sun is shining. This is also why the person who performs the Ishraaq Salaah is called a Mushriq, because he waits for the sun to rise. This is why the day of Eid is called Tashreeq.

#….. It is not permissible to cut the hair of an animal once it has been purchased with the intention of Qurbaani and if someone has done this, it will be Waajib for him to give its price in Sadaqah.
A beloved practice
Hadhrat Ayesha radiyallaahu anha narrates that Rasulullaah (SAW) said that there is no action of the children of Aadam more beloved to Allaah on the 10th of Dhul Hijjah, i.e. Eid ul Adha than Qurbaani. The Qurbaani animal will come on the Day of Qiyaamah with its horns and hair and hooves. And before the blood of the Qurbaani falls, he (the one for whom the Qurabaani is done) reaches the happiness and place of acceptance by Allaah. Therefore, O servants of Allaah, make Qurbaani with complete happiness of heart.
TRIMMING/CUTTING THE HAIR
#….. It is Mustahab for one performing Qurbaani to trim his hair only after having sacrificed his Qurbaani animal. This is not Mustahab for one who is not performing Qurbaani. Nonetheless, if he does so to imitate those who are making Qurbaani, his action will not go without reward.
HARAAM THINGS
#….. There are seven such things even in a Halaal animal which are not permissible to be eaten. They are:
#….. Flowing blood.
#….. The penis.
#….. The testicles.
#….. The anus.
#….. The glands.
#….. The bladder.
#….. The spleen.
In both Kanz and Tahaawi it is stated that the marrow which runs between the spines from the lower back up to the neck is also Haraam.
THE RULE REGARDING THE QURBAANI ANIMAL’S HIDE
#….. Before selling the Qurbaani animal’s hide, it can be used for oneself or even given to a wealthy person as a gift. It can also be given as Sadaqah to the poor and needy. If the hide has been sold, then no matter with what intention it was sold, it will be Waajib to give this money away as Sadaqah which can only be given to the poor and needy. It will not be permissible to give this money to the wealthy, to workers and teachers as a part of their salary.
HORNS
#…..The Qurbaani of such an animal that was born without horns or the horns broke is valid. However, if the horns broke from the root, then Qurbaani of such an animal will not be valid.
#…..If the top part of the horn has come off (the horn cover), then Qurbaani of this animal is valid.
#…..If the horn has come off and the effect of the wound has reached the brain, then it is not valid to slaughter such an animal for Qurbaani.
